We're building a peer learning network
The Generosity Roundtable is an educational gaming system for a real conversation about generosity, identity, and trust. You can begin free, whether it is just you, your team, or a whole room. Find the way in that fits where you are right now.
Individuals
You care about this more than most of the people around you seem to, and some weeks that is isolating. The Roundtable gives you a way to think a hard decision through, on your own or at an open game, next to people who carry the same weight. You can start without paying anything.
Teams
Every team has the honest conversation it keeps not having. Sit down for an hour, play through a situation you are actually facing, and let people speak plainly because they are speaking as a character. Your next staff meeting will sound different.
Gatherings
A conference table, a volunteer night, a whole ballroom. The Roundtable turns a gathering into something people remember, part conversation and part game, all of it about generosity and trust. Bring it to your event and watch a room of strangers become a table.
